Tips to lead a Healthy life through organs of our Body

We have 12 organs in our body which will function efficiently for 2 hours a day. Diseases of our body depends upon the organs of our body.

Morning hours:

3 to 5 A.M.  Lungs are at the peak. It is good to wake up at this hour. If we do Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama during this time we get a new energy in our body since ozone content will be more at this time in the atmosphere. Asthma patients suffer a lot at this time period.

5 to 7 A.M.  Large Intestine functions well. Constipation can be avoided if one wakes up at this time. If one takes bath at this time in cold water any nervous problem won’t come.

7 to 9 A.M.  Stomach is active.  We should have completed our Breakfast at this time.

9 to 11 A.M.  Spleen is active. One should not eat or drink at this time. It’s better if we do not have even a drop of water. If we take food at this time out body temperature  and tiredness will increase, digestion power will decrease. Diabetic patients will suffer from palpitation and drowsiness.

Noon :

11 to 1 P.M.  Heart is at it’s peak. Only water can be taken at this time. Avoid hardwork and sleep at this time. If we do so CO2 will get mixed more with oxygen and chance of getting heart attack, paralysis or body pain. More patients get heart attack at this time.

Afternoon:

1 to 3 P.M.  Small Intestine is at peak. After completing the lunch 5 minutes of rest can be taken by just closing the eyes. Sleep should be avoided.

3 to 5 P.M.  Urinary bladder functions well and it’s the right time for tea, coffee or juice.

Evening:

5 to 7 P.M.  Kidney will be at it’s peak. This is time to relax from routine work or else renal failure or urinary infection troubles we may face.

Night:

7 to 9 P.M.  Heart Wall will function. Supper should be finished by this hour. Or else palpitation or chest pain may arise.

9 to 11 P.M.  Temperature warmer will work. This is organ recharge time that worked since morning. So one shall avoid doing any type of work and go down to sleep. Avoid even reading, watching TV or writing.

Midnight:

11 P.M. to 1 A.M.  Gall Bladder is more active. One must sleep at this time and save energy to work for next day.

Early Morning:

1 to 3 A.M.  Liver functions well. This is the time for deep sleep. Or else eye sight may get affected and body irritation may occur.
