We have 12 organs in our body which will function efficiently for 2 hours a day. Diseases of our body depends upon the organs of our body.

Morning hours:

3 to 5 A.M.  Lungs are at the peak. It is good to wake up at this hour. If we do Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama during this time we get a new energy in our body since ozone content will be more at this time in the atmosphere. Asthma patients suffer a lot at this time period.

5 to 7 A.M.  Large Intestine functions well. Constipation can be avoided if one wakes up at this time. If one takes bath at this time in cold water any nervous problem won’t come.

7 to 9 A.M.  Stomach is active.  We should have completed our Breakfast at this time.

9 to 11 A.M.  Spleen is active. One should not eat or drink at this time. It’s better if we do not have even a drop of water. If we take food at this time out body temperature  and tiredness will increase, digestion power will decrease. Diabetic patients will suffer from palpitation and drowsiness.

Noon :

11 to 1 P.M.  Heart is at it’s peak. Only water can be taken at this time. Avoid hardwork and sleep at this time. If we do so CO2 will get mixed more with oxygen and chance of getting heart attack, paralysis or body pain. More patients get heart attack at this time.

Afternoon:

1 to 3 P.M.  Small Intestine is at peak. After completing the lunch 5 minutes of rest can be taken by just closing the eyes. Sleep should be avoided.

5 to 7 P.M.  Kidney will be at it’s peak. This is time to relax from routine work or else renal failure or urinary infection troubles we may face.

Night:

7 to 9 P.M.  Heart Wall will function. Supper should be finished by this hour. Or else palpitation or chest pain may arise.

A Touch of Birth and Death

January 24, 2009

Hi   just close your eyes and think that you have been informed that your death comes tomorrow. What will you do until your death? You may call everybody whom you love and talk to them and solve any disputes of will and do whatever you might wish to be happy until then. Ok now you have one minute more. How you feel? Ok now one more second. Yes death has come. Now feel how your death was? Sad or Happy one?Oh now again go back to your birth? Now feel the moments of last month inside your Mummy’s uterus. How was it? Remember close your eyes and feel. And now the day has come and you are coming out of this world from the safest place you rested for nine months. Feel out the moments of coming out and first hour after birth. How was it?  Sad or Happy one?  Yeah your birth was painful and terrible one and death a happy one. So had a sad entry and happy exit. Why don’t you feel this basic feeling in you and walk out all through your life?

I got it some healthy foods to heart from rediff.com on jan 14th 2009

Source : http://www.rediff.com/getahead/2009/jan/14incorporate-these-heart-healthy-foods-into-your-diet.htm

The latest results in from medical research show that foods that help fight CRP (C-reactive protein) — now a better understood blood-borne marker of inflammation — give us a better chance at fighting clots that block blood-flow to the heart. These studies are based on understanding how biochemical fluctuations cause heart attacks and strokes. Traditionally, these nutrient-rich foods are part of a staple diet from the Mediterranean countries of Greece, and Italy . Not only are these foods divine when cooked, but easily available and easier to prepare — fresh, tossed, grilled, poached, broiled, but never fried. Simplified eating. We give all these following foods a five star heart rating to potentially help to unclog our arteries.
Oily fish like salmon, tuna, mackerel etc — Have these at least twice a week. (omega-3 fatty acids protect your heart as they contain certain anti-inflammatory substances which help in preventing inflammation of the arteries).

Flaxseed — These are rich in alpha linolenic acid, a precursor of omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to lower total and LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol and thus reduce the risk of heart disease. One can take upto 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed per day — sprinkle it on salads, on yoghurt, or mix it with jaggery and make balls. Ground flaxseed gets rancid very quickly, so store it in the refrigerator and freshly grind just before using.
Olive oil — For your salad preparations. (Olive oil reduces the ‘bad’ LDL cholesterol levels and thus helps in reducing the risk of heart disease).
Nuts like walnuts and almonds — These must be included in your diet, but in moderation. They keep your cholesterol levels in check and help raise HDL (high density lipoprotein — the good cholesterol) levels.
Tomatoes — In salads, or better yet stewed in cooked foods (tomatoes contain lycopene, which reduces the risk of heart disease by preventing blood platelets from sticking together).
Oatmeal — Cereal at breakfast with low-fat milk or soy milk is excellent (oats contain soluble fibers — beta glucan that reduces LDL cholesterol).
Fresh fruit — Consume them every day (apples contain quercetin, a phytochemical that prevents the formation of blood clots, fibre and vitamins. All deep-coloured fruits — at least two cups a day — will have the same effect on heart health)
Whole grains — Breads like pitas, rotis, and whole-wheat rolls are a fiberising must (whole grains lower cholesterol and supply vitamins and antioxidants that may help to regulate blood pressure — a heart helper).
